(More customer reviews)The unit and its accessories are jammed into a thin box with nothing to keep them from damaging each other, and nothing to protect it from impact. The one I got was also shipped in an unpadded paper envelope. That being the case, it's not all that surprising that it was nonfunctional when it arrived -- the display was damaged at the motherboard level and would only display random patterns and partial images interspersed with random patterns. The company refunded, but given the cost of the device I wouldn't consider purchasing another. A refurb iTouchwouldn't cost all that much more, and would provide a better warranty and greater functionality.
