(More customer reviews)I have had the Alen 350 Air Purifier in my office for a year and find it efficient and, at speed 2, unobtrusive. The BF15 HEPA filter installs easily. When I needed help turning off the "Replace Filter" warning light after having put in the new HEPA filter, the Alen Customer Service Rep responded via email immediately and courteously. (The solution was simple: I needed to push in the reset button a few seconds longer than I had done.)
