(More customer reviews)I purchased this item through amazon and received it promptly. However it only worked for about 30 minutes and then it just stopped. My guess is that this company sells reconditioned products! I contacted the compay that I purchased through Allergy Be Gone in Brooklyn NY. I was told to return the item, but when I went to return it they said that the return authorization number was expired (it was only good for 15 days and that is NOT stated on the return form. Very bad company to do buisness with. Now I am stuck with a broken $200.00 unit. Steer clear of this compny as no one there will take your phone calls!!!! Poor product, Poor company!!!
