She and her roommates were getting terrible sinus headaches, nasal congestion and other allergy related symptoms.My daughter has no complaints, she said that even tho it can't take all the allergens that are in her room, it surely has helped out immensely.I have read the other review about this product, and there has been no "gray stuff or soot" coming from this product.Now if this person had that kind of problem, and does not live with six other girls in a dorm, that person's living space has more problems then what their telling.
