(More customer reviews)I love American Kitchen.This pan does not disappoint.I have made corn bread, brownies, and cakes in them.These smaller pans are an ok thickness, could be thicker.I coat with olive oil and lightly flour before putting any batter in.Works like a charm.
I have several of their other pieces as well.Glad to find baking gear made in the USA that does not have non-stick and is not made of aluminium.
