(More customer reviews)I bought this spray at the Oreck store thinking this would solve my constant dog pee problem. I had followed the instructions of the salesperson which was to soak the affected area with the spray, then cover it with a bag so the enzymes would do its work. I left it for a good 12 hours and it ended up worse (the smell)!
There are other brands that are half the price that do the job much better. Don't waste your money on an expensive spray. In this instance - you get what you pay for does not apply to this product.
As per the other reviews it may do its job if you need to remove a color stain or what not but this is a pet stain remover. I guess it's not an odor remover as what I wanted it to be. :(
